Managing Director

Mark is the Managing Director of LINMARK, responsible for providing executive leadership to the Company and managing its growth.  He has over 20 years of private and public sector experience in the design and project management of Building services and Sustainability projects throughout Australia and abroad.   Committed to sustainable revenue growth and client management, Mark’s passion is developing new work and driving strategic initiatives.

With his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical-UTS) and Post Graduate Studies in Ecology & Sustainability,  Energy Efficient in HVAC Design , Greenstar & NAbers, Mark is recognised for his advanced knowledge, experience and competency with respect to total building services solutions in energy efficiency management and environmental sustainability.

Mark was also a member of the BCA committee representing the NSW State Government for the Section J and Basix program providing technical advice and in particular ensuring pragmatic solutions for new build and Heritage Buildings.

Chief Financial Officer

Paula is the executive director and chief financial officer for LINMARK.

As CFO, Paula oversees all aspects of Linmark’s financial operations.

Actively supporting the advancement of womens leadership, Paula served as Accounts Manager and Team Leader for Women for Rural Press Inc.

Paul Stevens

Paul Stevens

General Manager

Paul brings over 30 years of construction industry experience with a strong background in Electrical, BMCS & Mechanical HVAC delivering successful large scale commercial projects specialising in Commercial Office Buildings, Hospitals, Education and Retail Shopping Centres. With his skills base and ownership of work he has been able to successfully progress his career and take on the challenges & responsibilities required.

Paul’s strengths include the management of all project deliverables, financial management & reporting, problem solving, development of company strategies, building company structure, developing & implementing company procedures, resourcing, developing and mentoring HVAC project teams, engaging staff, commissioning of HVAC installations including Life Safety Systems.

Matthew Omal

Client Services Manager

Has over 15 years of experience within the HVAC Industry, Matthew started as a Trainee Mechanical Engineer and has been promoted to and held positions in Tier 1 Mechanical Contracting Companies as a HVAC Project Manager and Light Commercial Works Manager. Matthew has successfully delivered projects up to $18M.

Project Manager

A qualified Mechanical Engineer (BE Mech, UTS), Eugene started out as a junior project manager focusing on essential services within Telstra, designing, engineering and delivering HVAC systems in telephone exchanges across NSW. In 2017, he took a career change and went into construction and fitout builds.
